On September 17, 2018, Region 10 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order to View Point, Inc. for a violation of the RRP Rule occurring in Boise, Idaho. The EPA alleged that View Point, Inc. failed to retain all records necessary to demonstrate compliance with the reporting and recordkeeping requirements for a period of three years following completion of the renovation activities as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and pay a penalty amount of $1,000.
