This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and laboratory Safety, Inc. (Respondent) of Las Vegas, Nevada, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $2,905 to settle the matter.
