United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX (EPA) and Respondent Grindstone Indian Rancheria enter into this Administrative Order on Consent for the purpose of bringing the Grindstone public water system, located in Elk Creek, California, into compliance with the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), and its National Primary Drinking Water Regulations at 40 C.F.R. Part 141.
