On December 14, 2017, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to the Belah Fellowship Water System (LA1059001) located in Trout, LA. The AO was issued in response to violations of 40 C.F.R. 141.403 and 404. The AO requires Belah Fellowship Water System to address all significant deficiencies. Belah Fellowship Water System must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of the issuance date of the Order.
