This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and respondents Encore Oils, LLC d/b/a SeQuential and Ottone-Salinas (Respondents), for Respondents' alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations at the SeQuential facility located in Salinas, California. Respondent Encore Oils, operates a vegetable oil and grease handling, storage, and processing facility located at 1 Work Circle, Salinas, California. Respondent Ottone-Salinas, Inc. owns the real property on which the SeQuential facility is located and leases the facility to Encore Oils, LLC. Respondents have certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $31,894 to settle the matter.
