This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and CSC Motorcycles, LLC (Respondent) of Azusa, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirements for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $5,000 to settle the matter, and to export the 71 uncertified Subject Vehicles to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and provide documentation to EPA.
