This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between U.S. EPA and Yoshimura Research and Development of America, Inc. (Respondent) of Chino, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act regulations for mobile engines. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $225,000 to settle the matter.
