On January 3, 2018, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act to Rio de Arenas, LLC (Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park) (Respondent), located in Silver City, New Mexico. The AO was issued for failure to submit Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs)as required by their permit, and failure to comply with a previous AO. The AO requires Respondent to submit to EPA missing DMRs for December 2014 and all of 2017. Respondent must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty days of the receipt of the AO.
