This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Uilani Associates, Inc.., (Respondent) of Dana Point, California, for alleged violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act regulations for underground injection wells. Respondent is alleged to have failed to close a large capacity cesspool at it's Uilani Plaza facility in Kamuela, Hawaii. Respondent agreed to pay a civil administrative penalty of $6,000 to settle the matter.
