EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Los Botines WSC, doing business as the Los Botines WSC water system (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Laredo. The AO was issued in response to violations of the RTCR. The AO required Respondent to: 1) within thirty (30) days develop an Sampling Siting Plan (SSP) that identifies sampling sites and a sampling collection schedule and submit the SSP to EPA and TCEQ for review; 2) within thirty (30) days collect routine total coliform samples; and 3) within thirty (30) days provide a public notice of the violations to its customers; and 4) within forty (40) days provide a copy of all public notices to EPA and TCEQ.
