On April 16, 2018, Region 10 issued an Administrative Complaint alleging that CAFCO failed to comply with the lead-based paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) under TSCA.  The RRP Rule requires contractors performing, offering or claiming to perform renovation work on pre-1978 target housing must be certified as an RRP Firm.
