On August 1, 2017, the EPA conducted an industrial stormwater inspection and, as a result, determined the Respondent was not in compliance with the NYSDEC MSGP general permit. Potential violations identified included: Not identifying all stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity; failure to properly develop elements of their SWPPP including the site map; and failure to conduct and record required monitoring including annual dry weather flow monitoring. An Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to the Respondent.
