On February 7, 2018, an Expedited Settlement Agreement was filed to resolve an action against Respondent for failure to provide EPA with notification following completion of lead renovator courses. Respondent certifies that it is now complying with all requirements pursuant to 40 C.F.R. Section 745.225 and has agreed to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $2,000.
