This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Renovation Realty (Respondent), of San Diego, CA, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to meet certification requirements regarding Lead Hazards before performing a renovation for compensation on housing built prior to 1978 or where a child under age 6 may reside/occupy. Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $41,633 to settle the matter.
