This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) between US EPA and Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (Respondent) of Davis, Calif. Respondent is alleged to have violated the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. Respondent agreed to payment of a civil administrative penalty of $2,905 to settle the matter.
