This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and Pago Way Service Station (Respondent) of Pago Pago, American Samoa, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Water Act Oil Pollution Prevention (SPCC) regulations. Respondent certified that alleged violations have been corrected and paid a civil administrative penalty of $1,675 to settle the matter.
