This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between US EPA and ModBargains.com, Inc. (Respondent) of La Habra, Calif, for alleged violations of the Clean Air Act requirements concerning emission control systems on EPA-certified motor vehicles and motor vehicle engines. Respondent agreed to payment of a civil administrative penalty of $7,000 to settle the matter.
