- violated Section 3010(a) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. ? 6930(a), for its failure to file the required notification(s);
- Failed to meet SQG generator exemption conditions, 40 C.F.R. ? 262.34(d)(4);
- failed to maintain records of waste determinations under 40 C.F.R. ? 261.11 and therefore violated 40 C.F.R. ? 262.40(c);
- Respondent failed to adequately prepare its hazardous waste manifest in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 262.20(a).
