This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) in the matter of Inventure Foods' Goodyear, Arizona facility (lnventure), which contains the terms of the settlement reached with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). In this AOC, Inventure agrees to undertake specific measures to prevent future violations of the Clean Water Act Pretreatment requirements. EPA and In venture have reached an agreement that lnventure shall develop a compliance plan, provide notice of completion to EPA, and achieve consistent compliance with applicable pretreatment standards including the federal prohibitions and local limits by March 30, 2018.
