GMD Development NM, LLC, Respondent, owned or operated the Amador Project construction site, located in Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, New Mexico. Respondent failed to comply with the General Construction Permit. The violation was detected during a May 12, 2017 inspection conducted by NMED on behalf of EPA. EPA addressed violation with the issuance of an Administrative Order.
