During maintenance and painting work in the KIRO TV telecommunications tower in the Queen Anne neighborhood in Seattle, WA, lead paint chips were blown onto public rights of way, neighborhood homes, yards, and gardens. The lead paint chips contain high levels of lead. The agreement will provide for the cleanup of paint chips and any soil contaminated by the paint chips.
