Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ), Region IX, and Navajo Mesa Farms, L.L.C. ( Respondent ) agree to the entry of this Consent Agreement and Final Order ( CAFO ) administrative action for Respondent's use of registered pesticides in manners inconsistent with their labeling in violation of Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Section 136j(a)(2)(G), and the Worker Protection Standard set forth at 40 C.F.R. Part 170. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $6,072 to settle the matter.
