This is an Expedited Settlement Agreement between U.S. EPA and Yescom USA, Inc. (Respondent) of Carson, California, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act requirements for mobile sources of pollution. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $600 to settle the matter, and to export the 80 uncertified Subject Equipment to a country other than Canada or Mexico, and provide documentation to EPA.
