An administrative settlement agreement pursuant to Section 122(h) of CERCLA for the recovery of past response costs concerning the Steel Works Industrial Park Fire Site in Lackawanna, New York. EPA performed response activities at the Site in connection with a fire at a warehouse owned by the Settling Party.
