This is an administrative Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Granite Rock, Co., (Respondent), of Redwood City, Calif., for Respondent's violations of the Clean Water Act National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and the Oil Pollution Act regulations at its Redwood City Peninsula facilities and its Aromas, Calif, facility. Respondent agreed to pay a total penalty of $102,051 to settle the matter.
