Region 10 Settles with City of Depoe Bay (Depoe Bay OR) for CWA Violations
On June, 19, 2018, Region 10 filed a consent agreement and final order resolving violations of the Clean Water Act by City of Depoe Bay, Depoe Bay, Oregon. Respondent, which operates an above ground fuel tank, fuel filling station and used oil storage facility in noncompliance with the Act?s Section 311 spill prevention, control and countermeasure (SPCC) requirements, including no SPCC Plan and training.
