This is a civil administrative action against The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership (Respondent) for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) for failure to keep and maintain records as required and for use of registered pesticides in manners inconsistent with their labeling. Respondent paid a civil penalty of $168,535 to settle the matter.
