## Summary

March 16, 2018, EPA Region III filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order simultaneously commencing and concluding an administrative action proceeding against Jordan's Land and Rentals, LLC for alleged violations of the TSCA and EPA's Lead Disclosure Rule in connection with two lease to own property transactions involving pre-1978 housing located in Weston and Mount Clare, West Virginia. The alleged violations included failing to provide lessees/purchasers with the EPA-approved lead hazard pamphlet, and failing to include lead warning, knowledge and affirmations statements in or attached to contracts.  Per the terms of the CAFO, Respondent will pay a civil penalty in the amount of $5,000. The Radiation, Toxics and Indoor Air Division in the West Virginia Office of Environmental Health Services was notified and did not object to this action.
