System violations are for failure to monitor for lead and copper and total coliform, and failure to complete and distribute an annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)
and provide the EPA with a certification of completion. The Order requires the System to monitor the System?s water and complete, distribute and certify CCRs as required
by the regulations.
