EPA employees conducted a SPCC inspection on 9/11/13 at the 13-17 Benton, 11-25 Barker, and 6-21 Porter production facilities in Fall River County, South Dakota. At the time of the inspection, none of the facilities had SPCC Plans nor did they all have adequate secondary containment as well as other associated violations.
