Town of Alpine's alleged violations are for failure to complete corrective actions of significant deficiencies by April 1, 2017. The deficiency was failure to clean and inspect the System?s two water storage tanks every ten years. The Order requires the System to clean and inspect the storage tanks and provide the EPA with evidence of having done so within 90 days of receipt of the Order.
