The administrative settlement agreement, which became effective on March 12, 2018, requires the Respondent to reimburse the United States $100,000 for past response costs incurred by EPA at the Site. The $100,000 payment required by the settlement agreement further defrays EPA's response costs. EPA is continuing its cost recovery efforts against certain remaining responsible parties at the Site.
