T-108 is currently owned by the Port of Tacoma. The property is located adjacent to the Lower Duwamish River and is on the upland portion of the Lower Duwamish Superfund site. The US DOD disposed PCB contaminated sediment on the property during the 1970s. The purpose of the settlement is to collect information to determine whether a removal action should be performed on the T-108 property to control releases of hazardous substances.
