On January 12, 2017 the US EPA sent a letter of inquiry to the Respondent to determine compliance with the filing of Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) Form R reports under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) for certain regulated chemicals. Documents submitted to EPA indicated the Respondent failed to file Form R reports for certain Glycol Ethers, and for Lead, for calendar year 2015, resulting in violations.
