On March 20, 2018, EPA entered into an Administrative Order on Consent with Philip DeNormandie, owner of property located in Fairhaven and Mattapoisett, Massachusetts. Under the Order, Mr. DeNormandie agreed to implement a wetlands restoration program to address the harm resulting from his illegal discharge of dredged or fill material onto three acres of wetlands in violation of Clean Water Act Section 404.
