This is a civil administrative action against Atticus LLC (Respondent), of Carn, North Carolina, under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (?FIFRA?), for violation of the FIFRA labeling requirements of Section 12(a)(1)(e) on imported products. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $6,458 to settle the matter.
