This is a Class II civil administrative penalty action, pursuant to Section 311 of the Clean Water Act, as amended by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 (Oil Program), against Paul Oil Company, Inc. (Respondent) of Oakdale, Calif., for violations at its bulk oil storage and distribution facility in Patterson, Calif. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $62,500 to settle the matter regarding this facility.
