On November 1, 2017 a stormwater inspection was conducted at a construction site called Project Antelope, where Fortis Construction was identified as an Operator. The inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to determine compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting program.
