On November 1, 2017 a stormwater inspection was conducted at a construction site called Project Antelope, where Greater Kudu LLC was identified as an Owner. The inspection was conducted by New Mexico Environment Department on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to determine compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permitting program.
