On August 15-17 2017, the EPA conducted a Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (?MS4?) Audit of the Respondent. As a result of the Audit, EPA identified that the Respondent was not complying with the NJDEP Tier A Municipal General Stormwater Permit. This Information Request and Administrative Compliance Order is being issued to order the Respondent to comply with the Tier A Municipal General Permit conditions.
