This is an administrative consent agreement between US EPA and E.B. Stone & Son Inc. (Respondent) of Suisun, Calif., for Respondent's alleged violation of registration requirements under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,905 to settle the matter.
