This is an administrative Consent Agreement between US EPA and Bissell Homecare, Inc. (Respondent), of Grand Rapids, Michigan, for Respondent's violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) regulations regarding imported pesticides. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $121,798 to settle the matter.
