This is an administrative Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Two Brothers Racing (Respondent) of Santa Ana, Calif, for Respondent's alleged violation of the Clean Air Act regulations regarding the manufacture, sale, offering for sale, or installation of a device that bypasses, defeats, or renders inoperative a vehicle's emission control systems. EPA alleges that Respondent has committed approximately 13,597 violations by selling or offering for sale such Devices. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $90,000 to settle the matter.
