This is an administrative compliance order (Order) on consent of Respondent Beta Operations, LLC d/b/a Beta Offshore, for violations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit at Respondent's Beta Offshore Platforms Ellen and Elly. Order requires Respondent to make all necessary changes in operations, including to update their sampling protocol for produced water discharges, to train operators in correct sampling procedures, and to amend previous DMR submittals with appropriate data, to comply with the CWA NPDES permit.
