On April 25, 2018, Region III issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Null's Liquid Chlorine, LLC of New Oxford, PA in connection with the sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide from their EPA-registered New Oxford, Pennsylvania pesticide production establishment. The pesticide was misbranded because the language on the label did not match the EPA-accepted pesticide label. Specifically, the label lacked directions for use. The NOW requires Null's Liquid Chlorine, LLC to come into compliance with FIFRA.
