On June 19, 2018, Region 10 issued a consent agreement and final order to CWPWA Inc. d.b.a. College Works Painting located in Irvine, California, for violations of the Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule. Region 10 EPA alleged that College Works Painting failed to comply with the work practice standards as required by the RRP while performing renovation work in Washington State. Respondent agreed to pay a penalty of $16,320.
