A Notice of Warning (NOW) letter was issued April 20, 2018 to Best Veterinary Solutions, Inc. of Ellsworth, Iowa concerning importation of the pesticide Virocid (EPA Reg. No. 71355-1). The letter concerns the importation of the pesticide into the country without providing EPA the Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices (EPA Form #3540-01) for review and approval before making entry into the country, as well as advising of potential misbranding issues. Failure to file required reports is a violation of FIFRA 12(a)(2)(N).
