This administrative proceeding is for the assessment of a civil administrative penalty under Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), against American Chemical & Sanitary Supply, Inc. (Respondent), of Anaheim, Calif, for failure to complete and submit an annual pesticide production report for the 2016 reporting year by March 1, 2017 for its pesticide producing establishment, as required. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $3,723 to settle the matter.
