This is a civil administrative action pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for the assessment of a civil administrative penalty against Source Dynamic, LLC (Respondent), of Yuma, Arizona, for violations of labeling requirements on containers of imported pesticide product. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $16,316 to settle the matter.
