On May 29th, 2018, EPA Region 10 settled with Farma Tech International Corporation (North Bend, Washington) for violations of FIFRA. Farma Tech failed to file the Pesticide Report for Pesticide-Producing and Device-Producing Establishment (EPA Form 3540-16) by the reporting deadline twice within five years. Reports are due by March 1 of each year. Farma Tech failed to timely submit the reports for calendar years 2013 and 2015. The company agreed to pay a penalty of $1,440.
